Held until the vote
Money sits in escrow while the task runs. It moves only after the result.
Refund if it fails
If the vote fails or the stream drops, every backer gets their money back in full.
Verified streamers
Streamers confirm their ID before they can cash out. Everyone is 18 or over.
How it works
From idea to payout in one stream
Every task follows the same four steps, and every step is visible to everyone watching.
- 01
Post or back a task
Suggest something a streamer should do on camera and put money behind it. Others add to the pot.
- 02
A streamer takes it on
The streamer accepts and goes live. Your money is held safely and nobody is paid yet.
- 03
The crowd votes
When time is up, viewers get 60 seconds to vote on whether it was done. 60% yes is a pass.
- 04
Paid or refunded
Pass, and the streamer is paid from the pot. Fail, and every backer gets their money back.

You decide what happens next

For streamers
Get paid for what you do on camera

- Accept or decline every request; you are always in control
- Keep 85% of every pot that passes the vote
- Withdraw to your bank or Wise after a short 3-day hold
Safety
Fun, not reckless
Money changes behaviour, so we built Moxtak with guardrails from day one. People review what software can't judge on its own.
Task screening
Every task is checked for dangerous, illegal or adult content before anyone can fund it.
Human moderators
Our team watches live streams, handles reports and can end a stream and refund backers.
Two-admin approval
Large pots need sign-off from two separate admins before they go live.
Strikes and bans
Streamers who break the rules get strikes. Two strikes and they are off the platform.
FAQ
Questions, answered
Is Moxtak free to use?
Watching is free. When you back a task, the money comes from your Moxtak wallet. Topping up your wallet has a 3.3% card fee, and nothing else is charged to viewers.
What happens to my money if the task fails?
It goes straight back to your wallet. Money is held until the vote closes, and a failed vote, a cancelled task or a stream that drops refunds every backer in full.
How much do streamers earn?
Streamers keep 85% of the pot when the vote passes. Moxtak keeps 15% to run the platform, moderation and payments. Withdrawals have a flat $1 fee.
What kinds of tasks are allowed?
Fun, creative and skill-based challenges. Anything dangerous, illegal, sexual or involving minors is blocked automatically and reviewed by our moderators. Large pots need approval from two admins.
Why is the app a download instead of Google Play?
Moxtak is in early access on Android. You install it directly from this site; Google Play is coming. Updates appear here as soon as they are released.
Is there an iPhone app?
Not yet. Moxtak is Android only for now, and iOS is on the roadmap.
The next stream is already live
